How we handle lost property
Lost property found on the ferries or in FANØLINJEN’s harbours is handed in and stored at Esbjerg harbour.
Lost property of particular value
Fanølinjen stores personal papers, wallets, keys, cash, watches, jewellery, bags, phones, bank cards and driving licences for up to seven days. After this, it is handed over to the police lost property office.
Medicine
Forgotten medicine is handed over to the Police Lost Property Office or destroyed at a pharmacy as soon as possible.
Other lost property
Other lost property is stored by FANØLINJEN for up to seven days, after which it is destroyed or given to charitable or benevolent purposes.
