The option to use an account has applied since 1 June 2019 only to freight customers in trucks. Freight customers in passenger cars under 3500 kg are referred to pay with BroBizz.
To maintain a freight account, your total travel expenditure on ALSLINJEN, FANØLINJEN, SAMSØLINJEN, and LANGELANDSLINJEN must be at least DKK 30,000 per year.
As a traveller on FANØLINJEN, you cannot pay or book on the website; instead, this must be done at the port in connection with the sailing.
