Flex ticket
The Flex ticket cannot be refunded, not even when upgrading to a higher ticket category.
Standard ticket
The Standard ticket can be changed without a fee. For refunds, a fee of 20% of the ticket price per reservation is charged, but at least DKK 75, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
For pedestrians, a fee of DKK 30 applies for refunds.
If you wish to have your ticket refunded, you can refund the ticket yourself via change ticket here. Simply click on "refund" afterwards.
